This is a modified version of clpq. For a while, the clpq's home site disappeared, and this became the de-facto clpq page. That is no longer the case: you can now get the original version by Daniel Palomo van Es from his mirror of the old clpq site.

SECURITY WARNING: From a cursory inspection of the source code, I think this program creates temporary files insecurely. Don't use it anymore; It's an ugly hack that is now obsolete and suffers badly from neglect. Luckily, it doesn't seem to compile on modern systems anymore. I keep it here mainly for historical purposes.
